Planning Your Special Day
From our first phone call, you will immediately recognize that we're all about establishing a connection and friendship. When your special day arrives, it’s like an old friend is there to capture your wedding. There is a great deal of work and time involved with planning a wedding and it can be crazy and stressful. We're here to help! From establishing a timeline to providing vendor suggestions, to even pitching in with folding some napkins (yes, we’ve actually done that). We do not believe in “That’s not my job!”
Our highest priority and first goal with every wedding we shoot is to help alleviate all the stress you are experiencing and especially NOT add to it!!
We try to capture moments, not poses. On your wedding day, it shouldn’t feel like a photo shoot. It should feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend.
Our Process
1 - Submit an Inquiry
Once you reach out, we will always respond within a few hours.
2 - Schedule a Call
We love to chat over the phone with each potential couple. This is to get to know each other, go over wedding details, and make sure we're a good fit.
3 - Book the Date
Once the contract is signed, we reserve and book your wedding date!
4 - Schedule Your Engagements
If your purchased package included an engagement session, we usually try and get that scheduled shortly after booking. If not, we always try and schedule a time to get coffee and meet in person.
5 - Timeline Planning
Throughout the planning process, we are available to help create a timeline for photos on your wedding day. As well as answer any questions you may have.
6 - Final Meeting
When we are about 1 month out from your wedding day, we have a final meeting to go through timeline and final details for the wedding day.
7 - Wedding Day!
It's time to party! Your job is to relax and enjoy your special day. Leave the details to us and the other vendors you've hired to make your day run as smoothly as possible.
8 - Delivery
We always delivery a sneak peek gallery within 24 hours of your wedding. Your final gallery is delivered within 6-8 weeks. Your films are delivered within 60-90 days.

We offer both photo and video coverage for your wedding. And yes, we can do both!
We will work with you on our first consultation to create a custom package that best fits your wedding coverage needs. Photo or video coverage starts at $4,000, and hybrid coverage starts at $6,500.
